Scott from Austin Services did an exceptional job repairing my malfunctioning ceiling fan and light. He is highly skilled in diagnosing and explaining the available options. Based on his recommendation, I decided to replace the dimmer wall switch for which he efficiently purchased and installed the new one. Although it appears to have resolved the issue for now, he urged me to inform him if the problem persists as the internal wiring of the fan may have been damaged due to the dimmer switch. Additionally, I had Scott work on my fence gates and he adjusted the latches to make them secure and easy to operate. While he was at it, I requested him to rescreen three windows which I was finding difficult to remove. He promptly removed them from the outside and even guided me on how to get them back on. One major reason I would recommend Scott is his flexible working hours which include weekends. This was especially convenient for me as a working professional. Lastly, his fair pricing left me with no second thoughts about hiring him again or suggesting his services to anyone in need of quality repair work.
