Even prior to an onsite inspection, I knew Paramount Craftsman was the right choice. We accepted their reasonable bid and a team of three, including Spencer, arrived the following day and completed the replacement in under two hours! Their work was top-notch, and they left no mess. A friend recommended this company to me, as I had a long list of small repairs to complete around my home, ranging from electrical fixes to tile and floor repairs. The professionals at this company contacted me and provided a price estimate on the same day! I was delighted by their flexibility in meeting my requirements; moreover, I am extremely satisfied with the quality of their work. Their portfolio seems to include almost any home repair or installation, among other services. I have already recommended this company to my neighbors and Home Owners Association. My sole regret is that I did not follow my friend's advice and contact them earlier!

Initially, I reached out to Paramount to obtain a quote for a bathroom remodel. I found them to be very responsive and friendly at the start. However, on the day of my scheduled in-person consultation, their consultant failed to appear. Therefore, I contacted them to confirm the date and time. They apologized and explained that their company vehicle had problems. I sympathized with their situation, but the lack of communication regarding the rescheduling or the consultant's delay was unprofessional. Later that day, the consultant did arrive (albeit later than agreed) and proceeded to take measurements. It has now been over a week, and we have yet to receive the quote as promised for the following Monday. I attempted to follow up by contacting them, but received no response. Overall, my experience was unsatisfactory, and I have decided not to use this company for my bathroom remodel as I cannot rely on them to follow through with their commitments or communicate effectively.
