An update on the situation: The owner eventually contacted me and came out to provide an estimate for a new roof. During our conversation, Joe was apologetic for his team's lack of professionalism and conducted himself in a professional manner. His efforts were appreciated, and I intend to contact him when I am ready to have the work done. Thanks, Joe, for your assistance and commitment to making things right. Initially, I called to set up an appointment for an estimate on several projects, including a new roof, a garage window, and a possible second bathroom. The staff was welcoming and set up an appointment for us. Josh came out and provided his professional advice, indicating that the estimate wouldn't take long to complete. However, after two weeks of hearing nothing, I followed up with Josh, who explained that he had a family emergency and promised to call us the next day with the necessary information. We waited for a week but still did not hear anything. I left a voicemail message for Josh and tried reaching him multiple times without success. I eventually spoke with Derrick, who informed me that he was waiting to speak with Josh and promised to have someone reach out to us later that day or the next day. Unfortunately, it has been three weeks since Josh's visit, and we still have yet to receive an estimate or hear from Josh or Derrick. It's an unfortunate situation since they did excellent work for my cousins a few years ago and came recommended by them. We were hoping that they could do the same for us.

After spotting Bath Planet at the mall, we fixed up a meeting to obtain an estimate for remodelling our shower. All the people I interacted with were quite amiable. The technicians executed excellent work and tidied up the area post-installation. I am absolutely thrilled with my spanking new Bath Planet shower! Thank you, TruHome!

We had our existing tub removed and installed a walk-in shower instead.

The customer service we received was excellent. They simplified our window buying journey by providing thorough explanations of our choices' advantages and disadvantages. Despite the covid-induced delays, they eventually fixed our windows, and we are completely satisfied with the outcome. Our house is now more peaceful and warmer than before.
