From the beginning, Eastland proved to be an exceptional company to collaborate with. Our moving coordinator, Maria, exhibited prompt and knowledgeable responses, while also presenting herself as approachable and amiable. Despite unexpected delays in the settlement of my house, Maria was accommodating and managed to keep us on track. On the actual moving day, we were greeted by a crew of highly professional individuals, including Luca, Ronald, and Juan, who arrived punctually. These experts exhibited a great deal of proficiency, taking the necessary time to meticulously prepare and wrap our belongings securely, all while ensuring that both the original and new properties remained unharmed. They worked tirelessly throughout the job, completing it efficiently. Our family is currently leasing a property temporarily, while our new home is being completed, and it is without hesitation that we plan to enlist Eastland's services again for our upcoming relocation next year.

I requested carpet covering specifically, but upon arrival, they claimed they could not provide it for safety reasons. They did not contact me beforehand, only gave a time frame, and appeared inexperienced. Fortunately, nothing was damaged, but I would not hire them again as I expected better service. One of us fell due to the lack of appropriate floor coverings, causing slipping on hardwood or smooth floors. Also, mirror covering was an additional charge, as it is not included in their moving services. Their truck was too small for my move, resulting in two trips and increased costs.

The crew exhibited an exceptional level of thoroughness and helpfulness. Punctual arrival and professional, hardworking demeanor characterized their efforts to efficiently pack, load, and subsequently unload my two-bedroom furnishings.

In a single day, three individuals relocated my belongings within the locality. Throughout the entire day, the trio exerted a great deal of effort and proved to be amazing in their service, showing genuine concern for the safety of my possessions.
