After conducting a site visit, they assured me they would provide a quote. However, the promised date for delivery has passed with no response.
Despite my multiple attempts to follow up, I have yet to receive a quote. It would be appreciated if they could at least communicate a decline in the project instead of leaving me uncertain about their availability, potential unforeseen circumstances, or disinterest in the job. As a professional courtesy, clear communication is essential in all business dealings.
