I was thrilled when Emma, the owner of MJ Tile and Flooring, offered to provide me with a free in-home estimate on Thursday, October 20th. I was even more excited when she informed me that she could start working on Monday, October 24th due to a rescheduling. Despite experiencing a truck issue on Friday, October 21st - a detail that was omitted from a previous negative review - she still kept her promise and arrived early on Monday morning in a borrowed vehicle. Emma's dedication to customer service is commendable. She worked diligently for two days, without taking lunch breaks, and paid close attention to every detail of the project. She was always respectful towards me and ensured that I was completely satisfied with the outcome. All in all, Emma deserves a rating of more than five stars in all aspects. I have shared pictures of her excellent work and highly recommend MJ Tile and Flooring for all your needs.
