Greetings! Sam is my name, and I am an accredited personal trainer and nutrition coach at a secluded gym located in Tempe, specifically at Elliot and Priest. Additionally, I offer training services that cater to your choice of location, including your home, private gym, or apartment gym. Keep in mind that my location is within close proximity to Elliot and Priest in South Tempe.

Since August of 2021, Sam has been training me and my two nieces. All three of us have noticed significant changes in our bodies. Sam is excellent at making my 12-year-old niece feel at ease while working out, and my 22-year-old niece is thrilled with the results in her lower body. I am impressed with Sam's skill in working with individuals of all ages and body types. She is quite knowledgeable and even uses helpful apps that she customizes to fit your workout routine.

Sam is an extraordinary trainer who possesses a remarkable persona. She exhibits an exceptional level of attentiveness towards my physical and mental well-being. In the past, I was advised to lose weight by limiting my food intake. When I started taking training sessions with Sam, I anticipated hearing similar advice, but I was incorrect. During our initial consultation, Sam reassured me that my intake of calories didn't need to be restricted, and as a bigger and taller person, I should be consuming more food. Sam has created a comforting environment for me by providing me with a time where I'm mostly alone in the gym. She's sensitive to the fact that seeing numbers on a scale can be a trigger for me. Furthermore, she treats me as a person, not a client, and is always willing to reschedule our training sessions when I'm not feeling physically or mentally well. We engage in stimulating conversations about our personal lives, and Sam even inquires if the music selection is suitable before beginning our workout routine. (Yes, Sam, we've played the Glee soundtrack for the thousandth time!) After spending four months with Sam, I feel more robust and healthier. Additionally, I now enjoy being in the gym, which wasn't the case before.

Sam is an excellent coach who values collaboration. Throughout the programming process, she intently listened to my objectives and provided unwavering support. The diverse range of movements within each workout has improved my strength, with noticeable development each week. Sam is also extremely knowledgeable and responsive whenever I have questions or require alternative exercises. Importantly, she never judges or shames me when I falter, instead encouraging me to keep going and assisting me in getting back on track. Thanks to Sam's guidance, I now feel more empowered and confident when working out than ever before!
