I contacted Precision and three other companies when seeking a new management company. Joe from Precision took the time to answer all of my questions in great detail and provided me with additional information on topics that I hadn't considered. Despite being a relatively young company, Precision has been in the business for over 15 years and employs its own maintenance staff, as well as working with regular contractors to resolve any issues that may arise. Their online portal, which is available to both tenants and owners, was particularly appealing to me since I live out of state, allowing me to check for updates on payments, outstanding bills, and any maintenance requests quickly and easily. Additionally, Bill went above and beyond to assist me in terminating my previous management company, which had been uncooperative throughout the process. Overall, Precision offers comprehensive management services at a reasonable cost and has greatly simplified my life. I look forward to a long and successful partnership with them.
