The Truth Flooring

On November 18, 2022, I engaged The Truth Flooring's Brandon Matthew's services but he made no guarantees regarding shipment. He had estimated that the flooring could arrive within two weeks. To get updates, I had to contact him on multiple occasions, including December 13, 2022, January 4, 2023, January 9, 2023, January 23, 2023, and February 13, 2023. Finally, on February 13, 2023, he informed me that the flooring had arrived, and I scheduled the installation for the following week. On the installation day, the installer reported that all the molding and thresholds had not arrived, and to this day, April 22, 2023, I'm yet to receive a response to my inquiries. Given this unsatisfactory experience, I cannot recommend this company and may file paperwork with the magistrate to claims a refund.

Our pricing was more favorable compared to our competitors. We thoroughly discussed the flooring and potential problems that may arise, however, no difficulties occurred. The entire bottom floor was completed within 3 days, from start to finish.
