These guys are the epitome of a top-quality crew and company. After Stanley reached out to inquire about my needs, Michael promptly arrived to provide a quote. We hashed out the details, ultimately receiving a new quote that included all necessary items and their licensing and insurance information. A week later, James and Keith arrived to install my new HVAC system (furnace, AC coils, and condenser) in the face of challenging weather conditions. We were incredibly relieved to discover Oasis Heating & AC. To be frank, I was quite apprehensive about the prospect of replacing our AC due to the high cost and construction complexities. However, Oasis simplified the entire process. They presented us with clear, understandable explanations of all the details, the expenses were more reasonable than I had anticipated from my previous research, and I was able to finance the project without issue. Due to aging and recent issues, we requested an estimate from Oasis to replace our AC and furnace. They provided information on the problems and presented us with the option of repairing or replacing the system. After considering the costs, we decided on a complete replacement. Fortunately, they were offering a sale where we could obtain a free furnace with the purchase of the AC system. Installation of the new system and thermostat was done within the same week. The team was extremely friendly, patient, and meticulous throughout the whole process. We highly recommend Oasis Heating & Air Conditioning for anyone in need of a new AC system as we did.
