OUR SERVICES:
We offer personalized and safe training programs along with nutrition planning delivered in a positive and supportive environment. Our trainers don't simply instruct you, they show you what your body is capable of achieving. Our holistic approach to exercise includes free weights, body-weight exercises, TRX, kickboxing, circuit training, and cardiovascular training. We cater to every individual's specific abilities and limitations, ensuring optimal results and a satisfying workout each time. Our complete body transformation program covers weight loss, building lean mass, sports conditioning, pre or post-op exercise, improved balance and flexibility, nutrition planning, and motivational support.

WHAT DISTINGUISHES US:
Our founder, Shannon, was a medical assistant before becoming a certified personal trainer, giving her an edge in understanding the human body. Shannon is also a certified nutritionist, and both she and Gabe (our Personal Trainer) are certified stretch practitioners. Gabe's gentle and friendly demeanor makes all clients feel at ease, and he is dedicated to meeting individual needs. Our team is compassionate and personable, ensuring an enjoyable experience for everyone.

We take pride in being awarded the "CrackerJack Best of" accolade two years in a row and are currently a CrackerJack Top Pro.

Upon meeting Shannon, I immediately found her to be friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to be around. As a trainer, it is vital for me to feel at ease with my instructor and Shannon effortlessly brings enjoyment to our workout sessions.
