Owner Mario Pacini established Mitten Communication Services in 2019, which provides communication services to commercial businesses and residential areas in Michigan, including data and telephone services. Before MCS, Mario's father Carl Pacini owned Telephone Installation & Data Communication, which catered to Michigan residents and business owners since 1995.

Mario Pacini has an extensive experience of 22 years in the communication field and started working with his father in 2000. In late 2018, he took over the family business, and with the help of his wife, Kaitlyn Pacini, MCS underwent a transformation for a modernized look and day-to-day operations.

Mitten Communication Services promises professionalism, high-quality field work, and excellent customer service to continue catering to Michigan's communication needs.

The service was professional with excellent communication throughout. The quality of work was exceptional, as they successfully installed Ethernet cabling in a Condo where it was not previously available. They efficiently navigated the ceiling to drop cables where required, installed Ethernet jacks in the necessary rooms, and left the area clean and tidy upon completion.
