Working with Chlorin at A Simple Sip was an utter delight. Along with her husband, she exceeded expectations for my wife's graduation party by creating a signature drink that perfectly reflected her tastes. The cocktail not only tasted great, but it also had quite a kick. Throughout the entire process, they maintained clear communication, ensuring that every detail was covered. With every glass full, it was evident that they were a step above the rest.

We had enlisted a basic dip for our wedding, with four bartenders scheduled to work. However, only one bartender and one bar back arrived, leading to long wait times and frustration at the bar. Our guests reported unpleasant interactions with the bartenders, who were perceived to be impolite and frequently shutting down the bar for breaks. This was exacerbated by their falsely claiming we had run out of wine and beer, when in fact we had plentiful reserves of both, in addition to a completely full keg of a specialty brew that they were unable to tap. We had wished they had asked for assistance, instead of misinforming our guests. Due to their failure to provide the agreed-upon bar staff, we requested a partial refund, which they refused. We strongly advise against hiring this company for important events, as they caused us significant stress and dissatisfied guests. All of our other vendors were satisfactory, but this experience left a sour taste.
