As a Reiki Master, Hypnotist, Ordained Minister, Natural Health Therapist, and Student of Naturopathy, my focus is on enhancing overall health and wellness while minimizing stress through natural remedies including nutrition, herbs, essential oils, reflexology, energy work, Iridology, Craniosacral techniques, and more. I firmly believe that natural health solutions are both safe and non-invasive for everyone.My clients have seen remarkable progress in managing anxiety, depression, grief, weight, and pain, as well as in making positive lifestyle changes. To ensure everyone has access to healthy living, I work tirelessly to accommodate each client's preferences, budget, and unique needs. Because attaining optimal health should be available to all, and cost should not be a hindrance.

My initial experience with Reiki and Iridology involved meeting with Gloria. The purpose was to identify potential dietary and lifestyle improvements. The amount of information I received was substantial, prompting me to make some changes - the simpler changes, for now. Nevertheless, I'm content with the progress I'm making.
