Upon receiving our request for an AC maintenance checkup, Brad promptly responded and we were able to schedule an appointment for the following day. Not only was he punctual, but he also executed a thorough check of both the inside and outside components of our AC system. These checkups were accompanied by cleaning and the addition of coolant which was done diligently. The cost of the whole process was reasonable and Brad's professionalism demonstrated his knowledge of the subject matter exceptionally. Brad Black did an outstanding job! I contacted him today and he promptly scheduled an appointment. We own three units, and one of them required cleaning as it was not functioning properly. However, Brad meticulously cleaned the other two units as well. He was extremely pleasant, punctual, and considerate towards both my spouse and me. I strongly endorse him! He speedily pinpointed the issue and elaborated on his work to my complete satisfaction.
