He successfully identified the AC leak and replaced 15 lb of freon, considering the longer than usual lines that went to the attic located 2.5 floors above. Although he intended not to levy any extra charges, I insisted on paying more due to the outstanding quality of his work. On top of this, he also accommodated my request on the same day, later in the evening. He is indeed a remarkable individual.
