Manpower Restoration, led by Carlos and his crew, exceeded our expectations. They expertly cleaned and stretched the carpets in four rooms of our ‘move in’ home, with exceptional attention to detail. The result was stunning. Despite the tough nature of the job, Carlos and his team worked tirelessly to get it done. I have had the pleasure of working with Carlos, who is undoubtedly one of the most professional contractors I have ever come across. Punctuality is one of his strongest suits and he kept me updated even when his schedule proved challenging. He did a fantastic job and his ideas for modernizing my requirements were not only affordable but also tasteful. Carlos made it a priority to keep me informed about the progress of the work, even providing pictures at times. I am thrilled with the excellent results of the basement restoration. Following multiple discussions with Carlos and after waiting for my insurance assessment to finalize, I scheduled him for a day to commence water damage mitigation and plaster/paint work. However, despite waiting for 90 minutes after his designated arrival time at my home, he failed to show up. Upon giving him a call, he informed me that he was occupied with a large-scale project and faced a shortage of staff - an unfortunate circumstance. Disappointingly, he had no intention of informing me that he wouldn't be coming over. This was certainly not an example of good customer service.
