I'd like to introduce myself and congratulate you on taking the first step towards changing your lifestyle - it's not always an easy one, but it's definitely the most important.My name is Rich Noto and I've been a certified personal trainer for over 20 years. I graduated from West Chester University with a degree in Kinesiology and Nutrition, and since then I've worked with people of varying abilities, from those with limited experience to professional athletes.
After starting my career as a Private Trainer at The Sports Club- LA Rockefeller Center, I became a Master Trainer within a year. In San Diego, I became the Fitness Manager for an upscale health club, where I developed a successful personal training program. Eventually, I opened my own businesses, Visualize Fitness in California and Fitness 48 in Arizona.
I'm excited to bring my experience to Phoenix and help more clients achieve their goals in a welcoming environment. As your trainer and friend, I'll be there every step of the way as you go through the lifestyle change necessary to achieve your goals. Although I'm a newcomer to personal training, Rich is an exceptional coach. Prior to working with him, I had no self-drive. However, within just a few days of starting, my mindset changed completely. Rich is efficient and productive, which is important to me. As soon as I arrive, we get started with the exercises. He is compassionate, supportive, and nurturing. During my first session, I encountered some difficulties and almost gave up, but with his assistance, I was able to power through and finish the session.
