Upon arriving at Motive Training with a nagging shoulder injury, Brian wasted no time in assessing the root of the pain during our initial session. Notably, within the hour, we coordinated exercises to enhance my range of motion and ease the discomfort I had been experiencing for two years. Brian was meticulous in his examination and evaluation, giving careful attention to each exercise and test. With his guidance, I now have a clear idea of what I must do to enhance my shoulder's stability and functionality. Additionally, following the session, I received an intricate routine to follow, which included video demonstrations of different exercises tailored to my recovery.
