About
I customize my teaching approach to suit each student's unique needs, focusing on cultivating their subtle body awareness, physical alignment, and breath-based movement to help them move with grace and lead a more meaningful life. I also incorporate the use of therapeutic grade essential oils in my yoga classes, as they have a direct impact on our brain and enhance our practice. Yoga is accessible to everyone, regardless of body type, as long as they can breathe. It goes beyond physical exercise and offers immense benefits to our mind and spirit. My ultimate goal is to foster a welcoming and nurturing environment where my students can discover their own practice.Teaching yoga brings me immense joy, as I get to share what has transformed my life tremendously. The practice of mindfulness, self-reflection, and living in the present moment has a profound impact on our lives, and witnessing the positive changes in my student's progress is the most rewarding part of my job. The benefits of yoga extend beyond physical and mental health, fostering confidence and instilling a sense of self-discovery.

Our initial session with Natalia was highly professional and thoroughly enjoyable. The use of essential oils added an extra layer of relaxation and we appreciated how she tailored the class to suit our ability levels. Generally, I'm not the biggest fan of yoga, however, I recognized the benefits it would bring to my body. Natalia succeeded in making it more enjoyable than I had ever imagined.

Initially, I hired Natalia to help alleviate my mother's back pain. However, her welcoming demeanor and eagerness to teach drew my entire family to participate in our yoga sessions. Since everyone in my home is at different levels in their yoga practice, Natalia devotes her time and energy to ensure each person reaches their individual goals.
