Crystal Reiki

When conventional methods failed to alleviate my persistent anxiety and depression, I decided to explore Reiki therapy. My therapist recommended Crystal Reiki as a potential solution for my depression, with the caveat that she had no way of predicting my response, but guaranteed it would be worth a try. I had been experiencing a negative energy build-up in my body for quite some time, and was hopeful that Reiki could help as it had been shown to assuage a variety of mental health issues, including PTSD. I'm ecstatic that I gave it a chance! During my initial session, I was unsure of what to expect, but discovered that Reiki is gentle and soothing, with no intrusive or uncomfortable aspects. I felt completely at ease under Deborah's care, and gradually felt energy moving within and passing out of my body. Tears flowed, and I sensed a release of the tension that had plagued me for so long. The night following my first session, I experienced a bout of deep sadness, but the following morning brought an unexpected release of energy, and those negative feelings dissipated. Thanks to Reiki's benefits, I am now more accepting and compassionate towards myself. I have gone an entire month without experiencing depression or harmful thoughts, and can focus better both at school and work. I am contented and enjoy life more, and my son has benefited as well, spending quality time with his newfound calm and focused mother. After my follow-up session, I'm no longer experiencing tension in my body, and have a new outlook on life. Knowing what to expect and feeling at ease under Deborah's supervision made the session much more comfortable. Deborah's support and kindness were truly invaluable, and the sessions are pressure-free, with the goal of enjoying an hour of self-relaxation and meditation.
