Chef Hazal prepared an outstanding feast for me and my 15 buddies. She was amenable to our menu preferences and fulfilled our wishes with a bespoke recipe. One word to describe Chef Hazal? WOW! She assisted us with crafting a diverse menu that catered to the tastes of both adults and children. From conceptualizing the menu, to cooking, serving, and leaving the kitchen in pristine conditions, our expectations were blown away. Recently, I had the pleasure of hiring Chef Hazal for a family gathering of 7 and I was truly delighted with the experience. The appetizers were absolutely fantastic, especially the Brie and fig jam crostini and the cheese and herb-stuffed mushrooms. The mini Italian meatballs were also a great addition. The arugula salad with goat cheese was crisp and flavorsome. The main course was the highlight of the evening, with the garlic butter sauce and tender steak stealing the show. The mashed potatoes and asparagus were equally delicious and received high praise from everyone. Chef Hazal accommodated one of our guests who couldn't eat steak, by preparing a mouth-watering salmon dish that was appreciated just as much. The creme brulee was the perfect finishing touch to a perfect meal. The dishes were expertly presented, and Chef was professional, arriving on time and cleaning up after herself. I highly recommend Chef Hazal for any occasion, no matter how big or small, as she made our evening memorable.
