With over 23 years of experience in the construction trades, I possess a valuable set of skills and expertise that can benefit those seeking affordable services. Our company offers a wide range of maintenance and technical assistance services such as electrical troubleshooting, commercial and residential air conditioning repairs, janitorial equipment repairs, furniture assembly, and general handyman services. My certifications include Electrical, HVAC EPA, HVAC Universal 608, OSHA, Asbestos Abatement, HVAC Sheet Metal journeyman, Heavy Equipment Forklift, CERT, and Certified Welder (Arc, Mig, Tig). I am also CPR certified.
In consideration of both my own and my clients' safety, I will always wear a face mask, carry hand sanitizer and spray alcohol. To ensure a quicker project completion, it is essential that our vehicle can be parked in proximity to your location. If parking close to your location is not possible or the area seems unsafe, we may have to reschedule.
To prevent delays, please clear all personal items from the work area. Failure to do so may result in an additional moving charge of $45 per project. It is recommended to maintain a minimum 4ft to 5ft clearance if possible. If the project involves electrical work, be aware of possible power shutdowns, which may affect your electronics. We advise clients to keep small children and pets in a separate area during the project as our work is high-risk, and injuries may occur for which we cannot be held responsible.

Israel came to our rescue! While attempting to install some new lights in our home, we momentarily disconnected the power line. Unfortunately, after turning it back on, the circuit breaker failed to function. With just one call to Israel, our worries were put to rest. He arrived quickly and completed the job with such efficiency, even offering some helpful tips along the way. With the fixture installation I had done myself, I encountered some issues, but Israel was able to assist me with troubleshooting. He was readily available to schedule with, very responsive, arrived promptly, and also took the extra time to clarify the problem so that I could handle a similar situation on my own in the future. He even took it upon himself to caulk the light fixture after fixing it, giving it a polished look and saving me a trip to the hardware store.
