About
Hey there! I'm Megan, a teacher with 15 years of experience in the industry. Teaching over Skype, I currently have available spots on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Working with all ages and levels, I am passionate about being a part of my students' learning journey!In my musical career, I have had the honor of collaborating with 6 Grammy/Oscar/Emmy winners and nominees for my upcoming album. My performances have taken me around the world, from Paris Fashion Week to the Taj Mahal in India and Lincoln Center in New York.
Having graduated from top classical and contemporary music schools such as Interlochen Academy of the Fine Arts, Columbia, and Berklee College of Music, I have gained valuable knowledge that I apply to my own music career. As a result, I have performed at iconic venues, been featured in international publications, won awards and been recognized in international songwriting competitions, and had my songs featured on popular TV shows and commercials. I'm excited to be releasing my first album, featuring Grammy/Oscar/Emmy award-winning and nominated artists, which already has a single with 50,000 plays on Spotify!
My students have gone on to work with famed music producers, such as those from The X-Factor and Kelly Clarkson, and have been admitted to top contemporary music schools like Berklee. Starting with the basics, I offer guidance in singing, piano, performance, songwriting, production, and basic/intermediate music software, as well as short and long-term business guidance.

I received vocal training from Megan for a period of one year, until I was unable to continue. The music school with which she was affiliated referred to her as a precious asset and I wholeheartedly agree with that assessment.
Megan is a proficient musician, trained in classical music and is an energetic performer, as well as a natural educator. During our lessons, she fostered a lighthearted and inspirational environment, where she often offered motivation and positive reinforcement.
Our warm-up exercises were meticulously focused and technically sound. Megan always provided a clear explanation for each exercise, making it an enriching learning experience. Furthermore, her demonstrations were easily followed, and she possessed an astute ear, identifying minor shortcomings in my voice and offering constructive feedback for improvement.
In addition to rehearsing choirs with her, which proved extremely beneficial, I had the opportunity to explore a range of musical genres such as 40's pop and soul music, with Megan's encouragement and support. Consequently, I am now a more confident performer with a greater vocal range and strength as a soprano.
