The Guitar Circle

At the ripe age of 76, pursuing a once long-forgotten 'dream' from when I was 19 seemed like a distant possibility. However, after purchasing a stunning Gibson Classic guitar and taking lessons, my life took a dramatic turn for the better within a year's time. Unfortunately, the guitar remained untouched and stored away for countless years until about six months ago. That was when I received a 'flyer' in the mail from The Guitar Circle, and after contemplating for a month, I finally summoned the courage to reach out to Jonathan Olson. Making that phone call has since become one of the greatest decisions I've ever made. Jonathan proved to be much more than a simple 'guitar teacher.' He is an exceptional mentor who is sincerely invested in your personal journey and your goals as a guitarist. He inspires genuine belief in yourself while systematically guiding you through a step-by-step process that yields immediate, unexpected results. After a nearly four-decade hiatus, I revisited the guitar, seeking guidance to regain my past enjoyment and uncover unexplored territory. Although I had no prior experience playing guitar, Jonathan was unfazed. He simplified everything and assigned me tasks to practice at home and bring to class. I gradually improved every week. Given the current COVID-19 pandemic, he also provides fantastic Zoom lessons, which I found particularly rewarding. I strongly suggest that individuals of all ages support Jonathan and his venture.
