Mario was simply amazing! He was extremely pleasant and affable. He arrived promptly and even sent a text message to notify us of his arrival. He identified the issue expeditiously and rectified it within a record time of 15 minutes, perhaps even less! He briefed us on the costs beforehand, consequently gave us an idea of what to expect. We will undoubtedly engage his services again, and we highly recommend him!

My experience with Prolift was incredible. Initially, they gave me an estimate of $300 for the repair work which I found reasonable. However, during the installation of the part, they discovered that the problem could be rectified for a lower cost. To my surprise, they charged me only $125, displaying admirable honesty and integrity. In my opinion, Prolift is the go-to company for any garage door repairs. I strongly suggest their services to anyone in need.
