Maria did an outstanding job catering my 30th birthday brunch for 12 guests! Her cooking skills were impeccable, particularly with her delicious scrambled eggs, pancakes, and turkey sausage. The presentation of the food was also impressive. Despite the relatively small kitchen space in my NYC home, Maria worked efficiently, and even cleaned up after the meal. The only thing to note is that there was enough food for everyone, but additional guests wanting seconds should be accounted for in the request (an extra 5-7 people). This is in no way a reflection on Maria's service, as she provided the perfect amount of food at an excellent value. Needless to say, I will certainly be hiring her for future events.
