This location is absolutely fantastic. EPM has done an excellent job in promoting the property, conducting property viewings, vetting tenants, and securing a suitable occupant who signed the lease agreement and made the necessary deposits. The tenant has been leasing the property for three years, and EPM has efficiently managed all repair requests and lease renewals. Essentially, my only responsibility regarding this rental property is to collect rent that EPM has arranged for the tenant to directly deposit into my checking account. I strongly recommend their services.

Aden, the professional representative of the company, is not only knowledgeable but also excellent at his job. He is a blessing to work with as he is always easy to communicate with. Furthermore, he ensures that he is always available to respond promptly and effectively.

For the past six months, I have utilized the services of Enterprise Property Management and have been pleased with their professional management. Paula Klingman, my agent, has demonstrated great responsiveness and responsibility. As a landlord living far from my property, I value the care and attention provided to both my property and tenant.

Throughout the two-month duration of our cooperation, it appears that they have not been forthcoming with me. In order to receive progress updates and remind them of their responsibilities, I must proactively email them. Furthermore, to my surprise, they replaced my property manager without notifying me, prompting me to reach out to them to inquire about the lack of communication. Given their track record up to this point, I cannot avoid feeling distrustful of these property managers. I would like to believe that they have my best intentions at heart, but their conduct appears to be more transactional, causing me to question whether or not I am a valued customer. There have been instances when I've sent follow-up emails without receiving a response, which leaves me puzzled. I struggle to comprehend why a company would treat a new client in such a manner.

Upon receiving a recommendation from a coworker, we decided to enlist the services of this company to oversee our home in Newport Beach. Thus far, we have been thoroughly satisfied with their work. They were able to secure a delightful family to rent our property and have consistently demonstrated professionalism and attentiveness. Their fee seems well worth the level of service they provide.
