Working with Champion Plumbing was a breeze. I reached out to them and in no time, they booked an appointment for me the very next day, providing me with a time frame for their arrival. Much to my surprise, they arrived early! They were able to install my water heater on the same day and were efficient, accommodating, and exhibited a high level of professionalism.

The technician Lee installed a new water heater but left the drain pipe cut open. The following day, my water softener leaked water which flooded my house. When I contacted Champions Plumbing, they sent Ben to assess the damage. He admitted the job was done poorly and assured me that the company's insurance would cover the negligence. However, today (11/14/2022) Chris, the Manager, called to say that cutting the drain pipe open was their mistake and that I should have checked the connection myself. He was rude and dismissive, refusing to listen or offer any further help. Champions Plumbing failed to install the disaster recovery process per code, causing a significant disaster for my home. I caution everyone against hiring this company as they are untrustworthy, dishonest, and negligent. Please feel free to contact me for additional details.

Champion exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds! Their behavior was polite, their expertise was impressive, and their conduct was exceedingly professional.
