This individual failed to understand that the platform suggests additional contractors, and you hit a button to send your project rather than directly messaging them. He scolded the customer, stating that his price was indicated on his roofing profile. Charging $400 for roofing jobs may be reasonable, but charging the same for every job is not, as each one is unique and requires a custom proposal. Be cautious of this individual as he likely created a new profile due to a low score on his other one. The customer expected their requirements to be met, which were clearly outlined in the forwarded proposal. However, they let the matter go as such business practices are bound to fail.
