CRM's response to my inquiry was quick as lightning, and shortly after, a technician arrived to check our radon levels. To our dismay, the levels were extremely high, exceeding 24+. CRM then installed an impeccable mitigation system, reducing our levels dramatically. Upon their return visit to test again, our levels were still elevated to around 4, but they collaborated with us to design a plan of action, whereby a larger fan was installed. CRM's efforts resulted in our levels being reduced to 2, which made me feel more at ease, especially with my four children residing in the same dwelling. I extend my gratitude to CRM for their patience and expertise.
