When Carol is hired as an officiant, she greets you with enthusiasm and provides templates for creating your ceremony. However, my partner and I opted to draft our ceremony from scratch and worked with Carol to refine the language. We expected her to read the unique ceremony as given, but she continued to make changes even after we had finalized the script. Additionally, Carol mentioned that she was used to quick and fun ceremonies, which didn't align with our vision. If you want a more detailed ceremony, make sure to mention it from the start as her services are for an hour only. On the day of the ceremony, Carol didn't seem bothered to greet us properly when we met her at the spot. During the ceremony, she mistakenly referred to a water fountain as a drinking fountain, which we found amusing. Lastly, our last names were mispronounced, which could have been avoided if we asked Carol to say them before the ceremony. Despite these issues, we recommend Carol's services as she did a fine job overall. If you are meticulous about the details, make sure to make Carol aware. Regardless, our ceremony was recorded and will be something to laugh about in the future.
