Even after submitting the quote, the salesmen were exceptionally helpful in answering our questions. During installation, they remained efficient, informative, and professional. However, we suggest improving the start time communication - we were told 8 am but did not begin until 9:30. A simple text message conveying a delayed schedule would have sufficed.
