Upon returning from lunch, my husband and I found them in our front yard, impressively punctual. After agreeing on a price, they began work but encountered an issue when one of their helpers had an allergy to dogs - which I had failed to mention before. They insisted on an extra $25.00 fee to account for this inconvenience. Additionally, a young man was present as he was in training to take over the business. Despite this unexpected development, both he and the owner did an excellent job. Our house was left noticeably cleaner and smelling fresher, and we hope to continue our working relationship with them.
