Blind Notes Music: Female Vocalist

Upon graduation from my local community college, I embraced a career as a full-time inspirational singer at 24. My dynamic "Broadway Favorites & More" Concert, which features Broadway classics followed by inspirational and Christian music, spans an hour. I also indulge in performing a Christmas Concert.

I received the utmost honor of becoming a first-round selection on the immensely popular American Idol. In addition, my imitations of famous entertainers and entertaining dramatic scenes supplemented with my speaking voice often charms my audience.

Even though I was born blind, I was keenly aware that my calling in life was to sing because many others have conveyed how it brings them joy, even if only for the few moments that we share.

Now at 26, I still love singing Broadway favorites with an occasional operatic infusion, along with inspirational and Christian music. During December, I perform Christmas concerts; however, I can also deliver hymns and patriotic music, and cater to customized song selections for any occasion.

I am fully equipped to accommodate various requests, whether you only require one or two songs or a one-hour concert. I travel with my companion and own equipment, including soundboard, wireless mic system, in-ear monitors, performance speakers, speaker stands, stage lighting, and Broadway decor, consisting of 24 x 36 Broadway playbills mounted on large stage easels.

Retirement communities are my preferred venues, but I also sing at churches, fundraisers, galas, club luncheon and dinner entertainment shows, wedding ceremonies, funeral services, and sporting events. My customers have affectionately become my friends, often requesting repeat performances while I'm departing from their latest event.
