He assessed the situation the very next Saturday morning and arranged for his team to replace the underlayment and damaged tiles the following day, Sunday. Throughout the project, he kept us well-informed, even providing photos to keep us updated.

Two years ago, a roofer fixed the leak on my rental home's roof, but he did it improperly and it began to leak again. I contacted Renato and he promptly responded to my inquiry, inspecting the leak on the same day. He clearly explained the issue and even provided photos of the area in need of repair. Renato then replaced the underlayment and broken tiles just one day after inspection. His work was exceptional, as seen in the photos.
