We are a family-owned business with over 35 years of experience. In order to exterminate drywood termites, we prefer liquid treatments over fumigation. Our liquid treatments are safer, have a longer-lasting effect, and cost less than fumigation. Additionally, our treatment is warrantied for one year from the day of treatment and can be renewed annually. Our drywood termite treatment includes spraying exposed wooden areas in the attic, drilling under windows, injecting termicide (using a 3/16th inch bit), patching small holes, and foaming all window sills with Premise foam. This foam will soak into any crack or entry point where swarmers can enter a wall. Our treatment is safe for you, the client, and does not require you to leave your home. We will also retreat all hot spot areas as a courtesy to our clients during their annual renewal, free of charge. For subterranean termites, we use a rod system to apply termicide under pressure and force it down below the footer of the structure.
