RCS Engineering Services

It seems that RCS fails to utilize their sub-consultants effectively. When I signed the contract, I expected an architectural designer to be assigned to my project. Although RCS did send an architectural designer to assess my house, they were not appropriately briefed and consulted on all aspects of the project, unless I insisted. I suspect that RCS prefers to cut costs by excluding the architectural consultant as agreed, resulting in subpar designs. It is unfair to have the consultant make a visit but not involve them in all architectural aspects. This is unacceptable.

I collaborated with Richard on a trellis design that was attached to our residence. He conducted himself in a highly professional and responsive manner. I am pleased to report that our plans were sanctioned after only making a few minor adjustments. I would not hesitate to partner with him again for any forthcoming ventures.

Choosing RCS was an excellent decision as I was facing time constraints. Not only did RCS commit to meeting the deadline, but Richard went beyond and delivered before the deadline at a very affordable rate.

Richard visited our house on several occasions and assisted with creating thorough plans for our project. He was easy to collaborate with, and promptly responded to any queries we had.

We enlisted the services of Richard from RCS to create structural blueprints for two distinct ADU ventures. Richard was highly responsive to our inquiries and emails and went beyond our expectations by providing useful referrals for other professional services. RCS estimated an expeditious turnaround time, but they ultimately delivered ahead of schedule by a full week. Our experience with Richard and RCS's engineering services was immensely satisfactory, and we enthusiastically endorse them.
