On April 5th, I reached out to the owner, Eric, via phone. He agreed to inspect my yard the following day after 1p.m. for a mulching estimate. Eric informed me that he would email the estimate the next day since I would not be present during the inspection. However, it remains unclear whether he showed up as promised, and I did not receive the estimate. Thus, three days later, I left Eric a message asking for an update, which he never returned. It was disheartening to see Eric not fulfill his commitments and fail to communicate what occurred.
