The tardy gentleman failed to provide any samples and inquired about my payment method, whether it was financing or cash. I opted for cash, however, he quoted me an exorbitant price for the simple reason that I was not financing. He tried to persuade me to finance as it would be more cost-effective, but I disagreed as I foresaw it doubling over the course of the next 30 years. His conceited demeanor, coupled with his reluctance to provide a verbal estimate, whilst fixated on his phone, made me question my ability to engage in business with such a company.

Due to my numerous negative encounters with small private contractors in South Florida such as tardiness, shoddy workmanship, and issues that drive up costs during installation, I was pleased to select Hurricane Heroes for the installation of impact windows in my 3,000 sqft residence. Under the guidance of project manager Louis, who handled everything from measurement to installation, the entire process transpired seamlessly. The project was executed flawlessly, a feat only accomplished by true professionals.

Their approach to sales demands the presence of both homeowners to waste your time for an hour. All I ask for is a person to measure the roof and provide me with an estimate, which seems to be too challenging for them. I am merely interested in getting a new roof, not hearing a sales spiel, as I have experienced far too many of those previously. Hence, I cannot suggest their services to anyone.
