I believe I purchased a fantastic product at a reasonable price. The installers were fast, courteous, and kept the area clean. My enclosed greenroom was previously cooled by an outdated window unit, but I upgraded it with a ductless mini-split system. While I'm unsure about its cooling capability, the system is quiet and provides excellent heat. My only gripe is that it's not programmable, which means I cannot set specific temperatures for certain days and times. However, this is a product limitation rather than a fault of the company. Despite this, I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase.

The technicians arrived promptly for duct cleaning, sanitizing and unit tune up and were knowledgeable and amicable. The absence of any insistence to purchase a service contract was greatly appreciated. I will definitely reach out to them for future services.
