Assisting us in constructing a minor extension on our roof and mending an aperture in our dwelling is Dave, who is exceedingly amicable. He provided us with various alternatives for our roof and his familiarity and proficiency instilled faith in us to opt for Pheonix Construction!

Our experience working with David was great! He proved to be very organized and efficiently managed his contractors. What's more, he has an excellent rapport with his sub-contractors. Additionally, he was always polite and quick to respond, making it an overall fantastic experience!

Initially, we began our basement finishing project with a contractor who didn't meet our expectations. Unfortunately, the engagement quickly turned sour. After months of delay and unsatisfactory work, David intervened and saved the project. He motivated the original contractor to improve their work and sourced better subcontractors who were able to complete the project in a more efficient manner. David demonstrated strong communication skills, personality, practicality, and responsibility. Anytime we had concerns or raised issues, David was reassuring and calming. We highly recommend Phoenix Construction Group and plan to use them for future projects.
