Red Ladder Remodeling

As per my request, they have prepared my guest bathroom downstairs for the Superbowl. Let's do this, Eagles!

I previously engaged a company, which I'm embarrassed to admit, absconded with my deposit and never contacted me again... My quest for a professional led me to Red Ladder. Though it came at a slightly higher cost, they efficiently completed my bathroom renovation and provided a sizeable warranty. I suppose the saying "second time's a charm" rings true in this case!

Although Red Ladder was very responsive, personable, and prompt, I did not hire them for my renovation due to their significantly higher price. Despite the super nice and knowledgeable individual who came out to quote my project, I eventually chose another company that delivered excellent work for half the cost. When I inquired with Red Ladder about possible adjustments to their labor-only quote, their sales director unfortunately informed me that nothing could be done. However, I still believe that Red Ladder is worth considering for future projects and have given them a 4-star rating. It's important to acknowledge that not every company can agree on terms that work for both parties.

I was clear about my project requirements and even had a discussion with the representative, Darryl Cheetham. However, he disclosed that their company has a minimum work requirement of $5k, which perplexed me as to why he bothered to come out. Nevertheless, I informed him that I was interested in getting a quote for my kitchen remodel. Throughout the consultation, he seemed to boast about his corporate background and shared a basic PowerPoint presentation of the company's values. He also attempted to create a digital drawing with measurements, but struggled, and resorted to hand-drawing it. When I asked about the project, he appeared uncertain. After three days, I received an email explaining the company's financing options, but no quote. It has been almost three weeks since measurements were taken, and I have yet to receive a quote. Regrettably, I do not plan to contact this company for any future projects.

In the past, I collaborated with these individuals at various companies. I'm thrilled that they have joined forces to establish their own enterprise. While working on previous endeavors with these women, I've had a fantastic experience, and I'm excited to work with them again for my master bathroom renovation.
