Simon and his crew provided high-quality work at an affordable price. They exceeded my expectations by going the extra mile. I had complete trust in them and am grateful for the opportunity to work with them.

Due to my extremely negative experience with the company, I decided to hold off on posting this review. Despite the salesman's promises, which they charged me for even though they couldn't deliver, the second day of work was plagued by communication and scheduling issues. Moreover, there was no evidence provided that the attic had been insulated in accordance with the requested specifications. On the day of the basement ceiling installation, the staff was an hour late, took an extended break, and finished the job in a haphazard manner without cleaning up, lasting until almost 7p. Pink insulation pieces were strewn everywhere, and none of it was properly batted. Despite the remote boss's efforts to resolve the situation, they offered nothing but excuses. In hindsight, I should have asked them to leave and hired another company.

Steve and JB provided exceptional service, exceeding expectations with their great teamwork and timely performance. We would gladly hire them again!

With Chris and John, I felt confident tackling my home project despite not knowing where to begin. Their exceptional staff, service, and quality of work certainly earned an A+!
