Brandon was exceptional to collaborate with, despite facing an extremely challenging and bothersome project. Due to drainage problems, the patio around my house in Medford, which we assumed was a simple layer of pavers on top of dirt, had to be removed from two sides and the back. Brandon was prompt in replying to my messages, showed up the next day to inspect the area and began the work promptly. Regrettably, he encountered difficulties at every stage, beginning with an extra layer of pavers in the first section, followed by a four-inch poured concrete in the succeeding section, and finally, we discovered rebar embedded in the concrete section. However, he kept me informed throughout the task, and took ample time to explain the feasible alternatives. While the project took a lot more effort than anticipated, Brandon was exceptionally fair in his pricing, and his initial estimate and the sum I paid were considerably below the market rate. He ensured that he left my property neat and tidy, and put everything back in its proper place. I would highly recommend him without reservation!
