John is highly skilled in all aspects of construction, and he managed every aspect of my basement renovation, including the addition of a bathroom, which was completed precisely on schedule. Notably, John and his crew work on only one job at a time, with no distractions in between, and their pricing is honest and transparent with no hidden expenses. At the appointed time, John and his team arrived punctually and we discussed the colors to be painted in each indoor section. The task was successfully finished within the allotted timeframe. The work zones were wiped and tidied every day. Benchmark values their work and handles the customer's abode with the same care as their own. Outstanding job and reasonable price.
