Randy was amazing! We had a family of 17 whom we wanted to take photos of, and he was extremely accommodating to all our requirements. He completed our photo session the next day and even met us near our hotel! The end result was simply phenomenal! The photos turned out absolutely fantastic!

Randy was amazing. Despite the short notice and reasonable price, he delivered exceptional service. My fiancé and I had multiple outfits and wanted to capture each one in photographs. Randy was more than accommodating and did not pressure us to rush through the session. Originally, I anticipated receiving the edited photos in roughly three weeks, but to my delight, he completed them the same day! The results were impressive, both the professionally taken and raw images were stunning. Overall, it was a remarkable experience that surpassed my expectations.

At the last minute, our family decided to take a photo here in Kauai. We had no idea where to find a photographer, but having had a positive experience with CrackerJacks in Hawaii before, I searched on Yelp and finally found Randy. He responded promptly and had excellent communication before the session, even offering suggestions based on my preferences for locations to take photos. Randy's use of natural light created a unique experience I'd never witnessed before, as my past photography sessions utilized artificial lighting. The resulting photos were nothing short of beautiful, showcasing his passion for his job. Randy even went above and beyond by driving 30 minutes to deliver the final product to us at our hotel the night before our flight. The only hiccup was an overestimation of our hiking speed with two kids, which provided some humorous moments. Despite the minor setback, we got to shoot at the perfect beach and beach mountain backdrop. The view was even more stunning in person than in the photos. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Randy and highly recommend him to our friends visiting Kauai. Thank you for capturing our family's precious memories!
