If it were possible, I would grant Richard 10 stars without hesitation. He is truly a Godsend and he and his team displayed great patience by not rushing their work. This allowed us to come up with additional work which they willingly accepted. Additionally, Richard was very accommodating with our schedule as we prepared to sell the house and had to paint and make repairs. We appreciate how you went above and beyond, Richard. We highly recommend him without any reservations.
