Manuel enhanced the sound insulation of my basement ceiling by installing metal resilient channels and a dual layer of drywall. He also added a layer of sound deadening insulation and drywall to a basement wall. To further improve vibration reduction, he sealed the drywall with green glue and carefully matched the texture with the existing wall. Previously, I would feel footsteps from above, especially when my mother walked on her heels. However, I now cannot detect any vibrations and the sound is noticeably reduced. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome and would highly recommend MP Drywall!
