The movers exhibited good communication regarding the task at hand. However, contrary to the app's promise, they failed to provide blankets to safeguard the couches. Furthermore, they were not particularly cautious and carelessly collided the couches with the front doorway multiple times. Nonetheless, the pricing was very affordable.
